Our planet has been trying to show us the way out of a uniquely human invention, the concept and reality of waste. A circular economy is not beyond our imaginations. And it is not beyond our common capabilities if we simply do a true accounting of costs and let business and industry respond to the attendant changes in demand. In such a defragmented economy, consumers writ large can change the world effortlessly overnight. We can save money overall, whether in purchases or taxes, across the various products and services that support our individual lifestyles over our individual life spans. What do you think about the possibility of circular economy, our ability to achieve it, in what ways and where? Or do you think the human invention of waste is unavoidable and, if so, why?
